Shipping companys!
So i ordered my Loudmouth from New Era Performance Parts, They are very quick and get my order out Fedex.... Delievery was supose to be today, but this morning i check the site and it says No attempt was made and it will be delievered friday now! So i call fedex and get stuck on hold and shit for 20 mins and finnally they tell me why it wont be coming today. Some idiot put it on the wrong truck and they didnt find it until the correct truck had left.... How do you misplace a 19 pound exhaust box!
Anyone else have issues with shipping companys!?

So it's late one day on the expected delivery date & you're upset???
I don't call that an issue.....being upset over something trivial like that could be.

We have customers here at work that get there Overnight packages lost. SO nothing surprises me anymore. The bad part is we have to refund the customer there money and then deal with UPS on getting our money back.

Far and away the worst shipping company is Fedex. I've had numerous orders that have been either late or never arrive on their behalf. Some of them I'd look at the tracking and it would jus be a matter of the fucking package sitting there not even doing anything because nobody even bothered to do anything about it. UPS on the other hand in my experience pretty much never fucks up. Everything I've ever ordered that UPS has sent has came exactly when they said it would. It might not be as soon as I wanted it but it came on the date they said, and I can live with that. I hate FEDEX with a passion. Only time I use them is if there is no other way. Priority mail and UPS is the way to go.

310stanger are you kidding me USPS blows the big one when it comes to shipping. Never ship USPS unless its a letter. Priority is ok and things i shipped have made it to the other end ok but my experience with them has been total crap. At my job we have UPS,Fed-ex,DHL and USPS. Guess which one sucks the most, looses the most and damages the most.

Im more upset that they have idiots working there. its a big package not something small that could easily blend in.
Dont get my started with UPS, I used to use them alot to ship Monte Carlo Parts. They would give me a qoute and then when i went to ship it would cost 2 - 3 times as much. it sucked beucase i had to refund alot of money back to people.

Any company who doesn't use UPS is looking to save in the wrong ways!
We ship anywhere from 200 to 300 packages a day.
50 of them are 62X14X17 and weight anywhere from 80 to 100 lbs.
The other 150 to 250 packages are small and mostly delicate.
That comes out to 4000 to 6000(summer) packages shipped per month!
Only UPS can do that and only F-up 2 or 3 of them per month!
