yea i rember downloading the free napster, my dad was absoultely stunned that you could download any song you could think of and then burn it.

lets just say we made a lot of CDs back then

i remember that shit too. It was my first year of college. I had an apple performa 2800 or something lame like that and couldn't get napster. All my pc roomates would have to rip and burn shit for me. Hell we used to have some babes come in and were like "quick, go rip some dave mathews" and then they'd be like 'OH I LOVE DAVE MATHEWS...TAKE MY SHIRT OFF!"

When i first got napster i didn't know shit about computers and i never went on the internet (not even for porn lol), but as soon as i figured out i could get free songs and make cds, im pretty sure i was glued to the computer for like 3 days straight just getting thousands of songs.

those were the days
