Sending out my resume, quick question.

Im sending out my resume and cover letter to this big corporation with numerous departments that I am interested in, should i send just one resume in a packet to human resoruces or like 3 or 4 packets to the specific departments that I am interested in with ATTN (attention) on the front of the resume packet?

Also how do you address the front of the envelope with the ATTN thing?

For large companies, you'll want the name of a hiring manager, otherwise it will more likely than not get "lost" in the system. In recent days, I've done quite a bit of hiring of full time and contract labor.
