Second Gen
Who likes them?
We have a few Turd gen threads and some members appreciate them and some hate them. How about second gens... 1970-1981.
I owned 2 bandits one was a 1977 Formula 350 hard top auto the other was a 1978 Firebird Esprit 400 auto hurst hatches
Thinking I might want another, but HATE the rot and amount of body work necessary to restore any of the ones around here that can be found for under $10k

383 w/Meth & ProCharger- 2001 Camaro Z28
Here's a pic of my '79 special edition ws6 t/a. Had all the options too. I was the third owner on it in '94 when it had 65k miles. Sold it for $7k in '02.

I prefer the RS front end with the split bumper. Had a couple back in da day.
One with a 377 then a 406.
The other had the 406 from the first.
Also had a Formula 400 car.
I'll try to find some pics tonight.Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

Yeah it was a really clean original car. The motor wasn't the strongest but nice car I would give it a 7.5-8 out of 10.

Here's my 78 T/A. Needs door panels, headliner and some other interior parts. Needs a small amount body work around the trunk and one wheel well too.
