    I dont know if you guys seen the news but there is a huge fire going on here in SC.
    Mother fucker is less then 3 miles from my house.

    I have fires around my house 'every' year. I've been evacuated twice and it's no fun.

    But, if it's 3 miles away from your home and you don't have tons of dry brush and open land surrounding you like we do, they should be able to knock it down pretty easily.

    Any 'green' we had from the small amount of rain we've had is already dead and brown and fire ready. Are you guys really dry out there?

    I live in fire central. I keep certain things boxed up and ready to go at all times. So, I know how it feels when you can see it from your front yard.

    Yep, it's no fun. Hope they knock it down before it gets any closer and any homes are lost.

    Yah I don't buy homes that are below sea level or in fire valley. But if there weren't any neighbors I would take everything down around the house and rototill the shit out the soil. Beats losing a house.
