    It was up for sale in 2003 when the recently previous owner, Dan Guterman, bought it and promised to revamp the park. Had he not bought it, it would have likely gone to GE and been replaced by one of their facilities. I guess it all depends on who bought the park from Guterman. We'll see.

    Yes it does and the company that bought it is APAC. And it looks like APAC has bought it to turn into a rock Quarry.
