I need some more of these sheaths and I can't figure out what they are made of. They are a very soft, elastic, flexible rubbery substance that can be easily twisted, doubled over, stretched over things, etc.

Anyway, the guy I normally get them from is no longer available and I'm sure he didn't make them himself. Do you have any idea what they are made of? They seem to be cut from a longer piece of the material into smaller pieces. The inside diameter is roughly 1" and the wall thickness is 1/16".

I found out that it is silicone tubing that is 1" inside diameter with a 1/16" thick wall. Now I just need to find a place that can custom make it for me.
