They hit me. Going through a intersection, guy coming the other way ran a red light. And turned left into me.

Ouch. I hear broken ribs suck, and I don't wish that on anyone... sorry to hear that man. Best of luck on a speedy recovery
And just to get it out of the way...
A little Zaino... it'll buff right out...

Holy shit dude.....you got lucky. How fast do you think the guy was going that hit you? I rolled a truck back in 98. It does suck.....it's loud as hell too. I cracked my ribs and they took a while to heal up. The worst is laughing. I would really work on not laughing at anything for a while. Glad you're semi-ok though.....that could've turned out much worse. What about the other guy? What kinda shape is he in?

Rib injuries suck, except with a broken collar bone, few other injuries sucks more. Speedy recovery. I got rear ended myself a week or so ago. Lucky no injuries.

Glad you're for the most part ok?
Did you wake up thinking you're on fire and running for help?

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Come on guys there wasn't another vehicle. It was the launched engine block coming back to Earth! Karma!
On a more solemn note I wish you a speedy recovery.

Damn, Ed! Glad to hear everyone made it out alive! By the looks of that Yukon, things could have ended much differently. Take care of yourself and I hope you're good as new in record time

Holy mother humpin' ouch!
Glad to hear that you are mostly ok -- hope all heals up quickly and that you end up with at least one hot nurse to tend to your needs.

Wow. The other guy better have insurance, and on top of that he might need assets to pay for hospital bills over the cap.
I hope you enjoy your next car. Good thing it wasn't a Miata or something. It will feel good to be able to drive a nice vehicle again.Last edited by clovenhooves; 08-13-2013 at 05:53 PM.

Glad you are OK, Ed. Please keep us all posted on your progress.
My father broke 3 ribs while we were riding 4 wheelers in Mexico. You pretty much just have to take it easy and let them heal on their own. Takes about 7-8 weeks.Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.
