Ricers- An in depth look

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today on my way into work I encountered a white Civic, body kit, loud muffles, giant RPM gauge, fire hydrant on the passenger pillar, blue tint, gigantic spoiler, autozone rims/hubcaps, stickers. It was on there. It made me wonder. Why would one want to embrace such a lifestyle? Perhaps these guys had no proper guidance growing up which let them fall into the Ricer scene. If you notice, most believe they are unbeatable and at any given moment on any given day their Civic may be able to beat a Z06. Where did this false sense of strength come from? Perhaps the real men will never understand. If we observe their behavior Ricer's often travel together like a gang that nobody is afraid of, yet the ricers believe they are badass. They will swarm the bigger Alpha Male cars such as LS1's, Cobra's, *certain* STI's and Evo's, and try to goad these bigger, faster cars into racing. When the Alpha Male cars ignore the ricer's the ricers will put their flashers on and take off. They will then take their newly claimed "victory" and tell everyone they know. If ricer was in a thesaurus you would find "Retard, Stupid, and Ignorant" as similar words because anyone that does not fall in that category knows good and well no Civic just beat a Terminator. Ricer's will believe it however, thus the new RK (Rice King) will be named until another ricer comes up with a bigger, bull shit story.

My recent forray into the Ricer world has proven dangerous, but for the sake of knowledge I must continue. I am a Trans Am in a world of rice, but my journey will not come to an end until I can report back with the reason someone would want to be a ricer.
