RI snowstorm
Well, it's that time to officially announce that most R.I. drivers don't know a friggin thing about driving in the snow. You would think that living in RI for most or all of your life you would know how to manuver along in snow.
But no, were currently in the middle of a snow storm and traffic is basically at a dead stand still on Rt. 95 north and south. Unfortunately I'm still stuck at work and have to deal with this crap IF night shift even shows up. But I expect the ol' 2500, 6.0 liters of Chevies finest to get me home in a timely manner.....now here's hoping that the packy is still open!

Update: Its' 9 at night and the news is reporting 60 buses are still on the road with elementary kids on them. Since 1 p.m. today!!!!!!
The highways are gridlocked. I've never seen anything like this.

It's a great place to live, it really is. A lot of people from outside Western New York bitch about the shitty weather, but honestly, I LOVE the winter. It's just a beautiful sight, I love watching the snow fall. The people who whine about it have clearly never been here. It's an amazing place, I don't know where it gets its bad reputation.

Noo, can't afford it. Looks like a hell of a lot of fun, though. Good places around where I live, too.

My Uncle (back in the early 1970s) bought a Moto Ski dealership at his service station on Broad Street in Warwick, RI. He even bought the required snowmobile to go with it. There wasn't any accumulation for several years after he made that Darwinesque decision. However he did bring it to maine every winter so I had a lot of fun as a young teenager.

Im in TN and its suppose to be in the 60's today!!! It was in the 70's the past 2 days. I miss the Snow in the winter, For the past 2 years I have only seen a dusting!!! Less than 2 inches!! Not even enough to play in.
Well Since we never get any snow people around here use snow mobils on the drag strip!! HAHA There quick too. Faster than most Modified street cars!!!
SEND ME SOME SNOW GUYS!!!!
