Very open ended here!

I have meet some very cool people here and..... different
ages and everything. I use to take polls when I was back
getting my BS in management... Kinda the same here but
with a twist? Some of the coolest people I have ever known
either beat me or lost to me in a race, so here is a great
place to ask...

In this day and age what does respect mean to you all?
