Recommended Reading
For any bookworms out there: "True Evil" by Greg Iles.
Great read from start to end. I usually finish one book and pick up another... any recommendations? Murder-Mystery, General Fiction, Historical Fact or Fiction, or Sci-Fi? I like them all.

Red Fire- 2007 Mustang GT/CS
Hmm newer stuff or more contemporary/classic and no particular genre ?
Have you ever read Malevil ? forget the author... older book, post apocalyptic etc. Was a good read years ago. Do you like RA Salvatore ? or Asimov/Tolkien/Heinlen etc ? There was a fantastic book by Louie L'amour called the Walking Drum. Set in the 12th Century. Warrior-Poet sorta thing.. Book was really good as I remember it. Was quite a break for him (author) who mostly did westerns etc. Have you read any of the Dresden File books ? Fool Moon is the first. They are fast reads but entertaining. I have hundreds of novels at the house. Just sorta difficult if I have no idea what genre you prefer..I love books.. They are a fantastic escape from a world where every drives a faster car than I do <grin>
Err
I just researched that book Malevil, seems it's supposed to be one of the best novels of it's type. New copy of the original 1974 book is over a hundred bucks at Amazon.. sorry, didn't mean to recommend a freaking 100 book (

I read a bit of everything -- and yes, I would also call it an escape. I'll look up some of the authors you have recommended that I am not familiar with. I have read several Asimov and Tolkien books, they are exceptional. Used to read L'amour all the time. Dresden File sounds familiar, but I will have to check.
I have read a couple of Koontz novels, but not this one. Thank you.

Check out anything by Lee Child, truly awesome books! The main premise is a retired military police Major that wanders around the country, jobless by choice, causing trouble for bad guys. Very good books.

Navy Blue Metallic- '00 Formy A4
I enjoy Koontz books, but to me he's sort of a low rent Stephen King.
He sure cranks those books out tjough....seems like every time I go to the bookstore there's a new Koontz book.
If you like Koontz and King type stuff, definitely check out John Saul. He has some creepy books along those lines.
Another good creepy book I read was "House", by Frank Peretti and Ted Deker. It's one of those "couple takes a wrong turn down a deserted country road" type books, but it's a great read.
I also just read "Spandau Pheonix", by Greg Isles. If you like stories about WWII espeonage and escaped Nazi war criminals, you'll like this book.
I'm also in the middle of reading "Twisted, vol. 2", by Jeffery Deaver. I read vol. 1 too, they're both great books. Easy reads too, they're all short stories, and they all have a twist to them.
This sounds wierd, but I generally find that any book with a swastika on the cover is a good read. I'm a big fan of the WWII stuff.
