Reckless driving ticket for a youtube vid
Yep, just got the letter in the mail. I have to show up in my home town for a reckless driving charge from the state. Yal might remember when I posted on the kill section a TA and RX7 going at it. Well at the end it showed a donut in a parking lot of a park
. When I call and asked them what they were talking about they said it was for damage to payment and paint. I remember making sure you could not see the license plate # but apparently you could
. I didn’t even know they could press charges on you if you can’t even see whose driving. I don’t know whether I should just go and say I’m sorry and pay for it
, or fight it
. What would yal do?
oh and the county attorney prosecuting me; is my ex's dad...lol

Research your local laws regarding that stuff. I don't think they can do too much on it since its like a red light camera ticket. It your but can they prove its you driving?

I dont think they can prove its me driving. the vid was removed once my ex told me her dad said i need to stop street racing.

Idk if there is too much u can do about it....
Obviously a lawyer is gonna be ur best bet....but even with parking tickets and such....
If its ur license its you, the person that the car is registered to get the parking ticket
