I like the factory stripes on the 06 and 07 m/c ss. White stripes on a red car always looks good.

A little more sporty looking with the stripes.

It looks good. But I always prefer to clean up a look rather than adding stuff.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
I have seen a silver one with black stripes pass my job. I like it. Red/white or red/silver gets my vote.

silver vinyl never holds up to direct sunlight on a car.i had silver stipes on 1 of my mustangs and it looked like crap after a few months, also saw a new charger yesterday with silver vinyl, looked like crap.

Don't tell that to my Firehawk...or the 20 tractor trailers we ran for 10 years with silver vinyl on them...or to the 35th Anniversary SS's, or IROC Camaros...etc, etc
You must have had cheap material. My vehicle graphic shop uses a lot of silver (It's behind black and white, as 3rd most popular), and have NEVER had a complaint.

Definitely do the stripes, except run them sideways instead of front to back. Can you say Baller? Hell yea

Maybe cheap vinyl, but I have seen many vehicles with silver vinyl stripes and graphics that do not look good after some time in the sun.

But after "a few months"? 3M, Oracal and Avery all offer metallic silver material with a warranty of at least 6-7 years.

The ones I had did.can't remember the brand of vinyl.I'm just saying to the op that silver vinyl hasn't worked out too well from my personal experience.

I like how the stripes look. I would say go for white ones though instead of black.
