Question for all you chefs out there

How do you cook Pork Chops? I'm broiling them, but have no idea how long to cook or what temp. to set the oven on. I'm watching my little brothers, this is what my mom left for us to eat, and I have no idea how to cook them. There's 5 of them, they're about an inch thick, bonless. Thanks to whoever can help me out.

Broil them about 5 or 6 minutes a side, if they are an inch thick or so should work out about right... Put what ever seasonings you like. They would be better on an outside BBQ grill, but we do what we have to do...

Brown the chops on both sides. Couple cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of milk, Mix milk and soup, pour over chops, cover. Simmer for 30 min. Instant mashed potatoes, gravy, pork chops, tender and not dryed out. Veggie of choice. Fed firefighters for many years with this one...quick and dirty!

I like my pork extra rare. Almost raw in the middle.
