Question about my MVR (Copy of MVR included)
So yesterday I was doing everything possible to procrastinate from study for my finals, and one of those things included ordering a copy of my driving record because I had never seen it before and was curious as to what was on it.
I received it today and there's an entry on it that I don't understand. It's listed as a suspension for a commercial drivers license. I've don't have a CDL, nor have I ever had my license suspended. Is this a measure that barred me from obtaining a CDL for the duration due to the other two previous violations? I tried looking it up online but didn't find any useful information, so I was wondering if you guys had any similar experience/insight. Here's the copy:
Also, I've had a plethora of fix-it, warning, and dismissed citations, as well as a Not-at-fault accident, I assume all of those are normally not included on a MVR since they're not the fault of the driver or dismissed/too minor?

two serious tickets = automatic suspension of your CDL. remember how you were posting in 9/07 about how you got turned down for the job delivering water via a 3 axle truck to thirsty customers? Yeah, that was the man saying FUCK YOU.

yep. they just go ahead and suspend it even though you dont have a cdl because there is no way to track whether you do or dont have one. fuckin tards. these are the same people that want to make critical health care decisions for you.

Wouldn't that be listed under the license class in their records though? Whether it's a CDL or not?

That would make sense.
