you need to donate a crapload of money to one of the many corrupt politicians (not hard to find one, but they are expensive) or trade in your left nut and your first born.
J/K - Not sure but I am pretty sure it is getting close to damn near impossible

i have collectorcar reg but i hear it is must more diff to get it now. somethin bout having a club sponsor. someone jump in if heard somethin diff.
