    yea man ive been hearin that ....my boss moved from leeds, england...he said his house here that cost him 140k would have costed half a million over there....spaz, come on down to houston and get you a nice little crib for you and the ol ball n chain....

    we offered them the 129k, but then we also requested they pay closing costs....so i think it came out ok...

    as for the price difference, that just means you guys should move down here.....spazapalooza in east tx ftw!

    and yes, you could easily dd your car year round here...but it may get a bit hot for you in the summertime...better have your t-top shades in!

    I want to move to the US Man oh man what a beautiful house I'm in a smal town in Canada and that house would easily be $499 999 here with 8 to $10 000 in property taxes $1200 to $1500 in house insurance plus $760 in water taxe I couldn't afford to change my shorts in a hous like that here

    there are these types of houses all around my area in this price range....lot of forclosures...
