Prayer Request

today once i got to work we were informed that a coworker (the boss's step son) was in an accident earlier that morning and was with another one of our workers.... the boss's step son is in critical condition and the other only had some broken ribs, arm, collar bone, bruising but doesn't remember anything... looks like he fell asleep and went off the road.. hit a colvert, flipped the van, and smashed the passenger side into a tree.. the deputies said they've never seen a car look that bad from hitting a tree

Gene Adams is the one in critical. it was too bad weather to fly him anywhere so they took him to upson where they had to remove his spleen and stop internal bleeding, he was bleeding from his eyes, multiple bone breaks, he was unconscious... once they finally got him stable enough to fly they life flighted him to macon. they went over everything upson did and got to know his file pretty much... they're worried about his lungs he's had massive head, chest, stomach, pretty much everything trauma.... they dont know if it'll take weeks or months but we need all the prayers we can for both Rod Cherry and Gene Adams.

Gene four yrs ago was in a very bad motorcyle wreck where he had a punctured lung and a collapsed lung, he had bad head trauma then too where he was back to like a 2yr old... he JUST got all his medical bills from then paid off, got a house, and has been doing real well from recouping from that accident and he's in very bad shape right now

he did flat line for 2-3 seconds around 6 this evening but he managed to come back just as they were about to do CPR.

we just ask you to keep them both in your prayers during this time.
i and all my coworkers really appreciate it.

new update... today he had a stroke on his left side and had to have more surgery. it's not looking good guys but please continue to pray. thanks to everyone

guys more bad news came today. they say they think he may never wake up. his family will probably go ahead and take him off the machines and let him go instead of being in that state any longer.

Gene is the one with the dark hair. i pray that something happens tonight for the better. they say it could be in hours or days before he passes i hope if he has to go that it be fast and painfree though. We'll miss him
