Potential epic 10/10 chick....would like advice.

Alright here's the situation there this chick that's a 10/10. I would like to get the chance to know her better, one of the issues is I'm already friends with her brother, i'm not sure how that would effect things. Of course I know what to say but I'm just wondering how I need to approach this situation, I'm sure some of you have done this before.....................BTW I'm not joking around about her being 10/10, she might be the best looking chick I've seen in person.

Yea dude she's smokin from the 1/4 torso I saw...can't see more for some reason. The whole friends with her bro is gonna be hard unless he thinks you're good enough for his sis. I've never had a friend date my sis but they'd be better than some of the douches she has dated.

If he's evolved/matured into the same mindset as me you shouldn't have a problem. You should talk to him about it though....not asking his permission because it's really none of his buisness but just letting him know what's up.

well we both graduated from the same engineering program we are pretty cool,
but i don't know how he may react...........

I did the whole dating my friends sister thing didnt last long.... I already decided to date her even before I told her bro I figured it wasnt any of his business. Her brother was a dick tho lol but he was my friend it was kinda weird going out with her and being friends with her bro in actuality that may have been part of y it didnt work.
