post some favorite thing you like to cook that kiks ass
I have a meatball recipe that is the best italian meatballs i ever had.
I also have one for marinara sauce that's about the best i ever tasted, even at finer restaurants.
here's the meatball:
1 lb ground sirloin (good quality)
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 SMALL garlic clove. slice it and mash it with salt til a complete paste
1 egg beaten well
3/4 cup 4-C bread crumbs
you could add some chopped cilantro.
fry these in olive oil til brown and then simmer in tomato sauce for 1 hour

Ctrl+C Ctrl+V:
a chinese dish from my favorite restaurant (exotic, but easy to make):
Chicken with ginger and basil (sweet + spicy)
use a wok or deep pan:
slice/dice chicken meat.
heat oil in pan, fry fresh chopped ginger for 1 minute.
add chopped garlic (large chunks) and fry another minute.
add chili if you need the heat.
add chicken, fry until sealed/light brown.
add honey (2-3 parts) and light soy sauce (1 part).
add fresh thai basil leaves (works with regular basil, too).
serve with steamed rice.
i never use measured amounts of anything, so for proportions: use the force, young luke...

Beer Bread
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
1 (12 ounce) bottle/can beer
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup melted butter
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients and beer.
3. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
4. Pour melted butter over mixture.
5. Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
I use Sam Adams Ale for the beer, comes out super tasty! Somebody try this and tell me what you think...It takes almost no effort to do. They love me at work for this recipe.

Just WOK it up outside like your grilling out. That's where I cook my stinky stuff in skillets, rotisseries and crap.

Dipshit (never knew a name, so thats what i call it, and it gives you crazy farts)
This recipe is great for parties, its cheap, easy and people like it usually.
DIPSHIT:
1 brick cream cheese
1 jar salsa
1 can hormel HOT chili with beans
1 bag shredded cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
1 toilet
2 rolls toilet paper
2 cans odor-removing spray
take the cream cheese, throw it in a glass dish (like 12x12 works) and melt er down in the microwave. then spread it out with a spoon, add about 1/2 can of beans, spread evenly, add layer of salsa to desired taste, add rest of can of beans, add more salsa if desired, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top as desired. microwave as necessary to melt down cheese on top (usually by the time the cheese is melted the rest of the concoction is heated enough).
Then just spoon/dip with chips and enjoy. Tastes good, people will look at it like wtf, but before you know it, the whole dish will be EMPTY. It's good stuff.

one of my own is for hamburgers
go to the butcher and get GOOD ground beef not the premade patties. Mixed it up with a bottle of beer, and some Emeril steak sauce. make some nice big patties and throw them on the grill. Pour some more steak sauce on them as a marinade and cook them till they are jus a lil charred. throw on a bun with whatever condiments you want. they are fucking awesome when I make them like that.
