    Poor Katie..

So... turns out my car is deadly. Pretty much makes for the worst trip home in a looong time.

    R.I.P Katie..

She was a great dog, I'll miss her.

You ran over your own dog? Man, I don't know what I'd do if I did something like that to mine. I'd probably need therapy Id be so depressed.

She was like 16 or 17... and she usually "chases" our cars.. and kinda steps out of the way when you slowly go by. Well, I was in the Camaro, and I couldn't see her anymore when I got close. There's a turn in our driveway, and apparently... she ended up underneath it? I don't really know how.. she's a bigger dog, and well, my car's kinda low. And she unded up getting stuck underneath it. It was awful. I cried when I ran over a squirrel.

Sorry, that sucks more than I can imagine. Look at the bright side though, at least it wasn't your child.

It's kind of funny you say that... Before my parents left the house, I had my old roomate katie over for lunch. So... when I called my mom freaking out... all she could understand was something about katie.. and I didn't see her... and i'm afraid to look.

ya sorry for the loss, but usually pets and kids should be in the house not roaming around the driveway, somebody said it before, I agree, good thing it wasn't your kid.

Yeah.. we live out in the country. We had four dogs.. two inside, two out. But I always thought we should keep them fenced when we're leaving. Wish I could have gotten them to do something about it.

Holy crap man. I'm so sorry to hear that and I feel bad for the guilt you're gonna be having to work around. 16 - 17 is a pretty good life for a dog and for what it's worth, she didn't die from cancer or one of the other old dog diseases that makes them suffer for years.

I feel for ya man, that's some sad news.

That's very true... we were going to have to struggle with the decision of whether or not to put her down soon.
