Pool closing!
Well, I know summmer officially ends in a week and half, but when I have to close my pool for the summer, which I am doing today.......It's over
This also means that the car gets put away about a month after that. So I just realized about an hour ago that the doldrums of shitty ass New England weather isn't too far behind.

Sorry... you ought to move out here. My pools open all year round and the cars never go on hiatus
But, everything is brown, dead and dry. It's fire kindling every where you look. Hot as hell and I can't remember when we actually had what could be classified as a winter...
So, I guess there are trade offs Enjoy the beauty of your seasons

Heh, that is what I dislike most about it out here... I miss green!
But, I did have a huge Raccoon fight in the pool last night Woke my ass right up. The dogs went nuts. Three of them. BIG ones too. I felt bad for the one, he was getting his ass beat, but it was funny as hell watching them in the pool. The hard part was trying to keep the dogs in the house and quiet at 3:30 in the morning...

I know, the shitty weather is gonna creep up real fast, always does.
I gotta change my plugs and do a few things to my Jeep, I better get it done ths weekend before I end up trying to do it with frozen hands.
Why is it that all major problem happen when it's cold out? I remember laying on my back in the snow pulling the driveshaft out of my K10 in January to change the u-joints, then the next year it was in december when I had the front end apart doing bearing and u-joints. Seems like evertime I worked on that truck I was freezing my ass off.

I am going to be so depressed and pissed off not driving my car for the whole fucking winter.
I still plan on going back to school in 2 months and then moving out to Texas. Fuck Michigan winters.
Michigan summers are like a sore dick though, you can't beat it.
