Police put the wrong year of my car on the ticket
Ok two factors, 1) he put that I had a 99 camaro instead of 98
2) HE put the speed zone as 61 instead of 65
Anyone know if this is grounds to get it dismissed?

Green- 94 Camaro 3.4
99 instead of 98 would definately not be grounds for dismissal... however writing the wrong speed limit down could be... hard to say if you're not a laywer.

you might have something, i'd fight it and complain that the officer was not professional and it left you confused as to what you did wrong etc...

It all really depends on the judge. If he's an asshole, you'll probably get the fine. If he knows his shit, you get a dismissal.
Atl po-po recruit HEAVILY in my area. They hire all the dumbfucks and pay jack-shit. Up here when you get hired you start at 52 grand. In Atl, it's 32...Guess that's what ya get. Seriously, they hire like crazy up here, and all the people that go down and get jobs are fucking retarded-ass people that otherwise make a living by saying, "Would you like fries with that?"

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Blah, Blah, Blah. Go to court, fight it. When and if the officer shows up for court find out two things. 1. Does he remember the incident? 2. Does he have his documentation on whatever instrument he used to clock your speed? Radar is easy to win. Laser, forget about it. If he answers yes to both questions, change your plea to no contest. You will most likely get school and a withheld adjudication. No points. Telling the judge the officer was drunk is probably a bad idea. Good Luck.

Black, Black- 2011 "Generic" Gasser
it's traffic court, not murder. You'll be paying. Judges see that type of mistake on tickets all the time.

yeah good luck with that.
aint gonna happen. its the laws word against an f body owner.
the odds are strongly opposed to your favor.
sorry.
if there is one thing i know its this:
if a cop pulls you over and doesnt let you go driving a camaro, then he owns a v6 mustang.
or a honda.

There is actually one cop around here that drives a trans am, hes pretty cool, pushing around 380 to the wheels. Not bad, but anyways he has never givin a ticket to any f-body owner except to this one guy that had a V6 bird with duel fart can mufflers. He cant stand rice and usually is a dickhead to all the ricers and sets them up a few times hehe. Good to know people like him
