that was very unprofessional by that cop..instead of calling for backup he tried to handle evertyhitng on his own and things got very out of hand very fast...he should recive serious disciplinary action

skateboarding is completely worthless. they were breaking a city ordinance, run from the cops, obstructed justice, resisted arrest, and more. if they would have just STFU and listened it would not have played out the way it did. also, makes me laugh to hear some little 13y/o punk kid tell the officer to 'chill the FUCK out'...

its hard making a judgement w/o knowing what originally happened, if they were trying to run, then yah, i'd say it was all fine. if skateboarding is illegal in that area, then theres no problem, stupid kids just like being able to say "skateboarding is not a crime!"

looks like the whole thing was handled inappropriately...i don't know the laws of their land, but if city ordinance states you can't skateboard on the sidewalk, then i see where the kids were wrong. If they had no fair warning, then the guy is a small-peckered cop with an authority complex.
