Kinda cool, but I like the KTM XBOW much better.

Would be a fun toy. Not too much on power to weight though. Just one tire shy of a Caterham. Add that tire and a forced induction and they might have a super toy.

if it had 4 wheels i'd be all over it...3 wheels just seems unstable to me if you really decided to push it in corners.

3 wheels really isn't that bad in the corners as long as it is RWD and the third wheel is in the rear. Still 4 wheels is better in this case. But this kind of vehcile is more about fun than anything and leaving the traction up to one tire can be really fun.
