plasma tv and heat ?
I want to re arrange my room for better seating etc.. I want to put the plasma tv about 3 feet fron the fireplace on a stand. Any idea if this will effect it? Eventually I will mount it above the fireplace and re run all the wires for audio etc..

nah wont effect it. unless you're physically feeling enough heat to make you uncomfortable at that location where the tv will be

I dont think it puts out that much heat. I sit in front of it and its comfortable but not overly hot. This will be sitting to a side , hope it will be ok.
