Planning a trip to Disney World

Hey, I need help or suggestion. I'm trying to put together a trip for my family and semi extended family to go to Disney World.

There will be about 25 people in our group. Has anyone planned a trip for a group of that size? What direction can you give me?

disney world is a great time but with a group that big expect controlled chaos! the correct way to attack disney is with some sort of an itinery. That way you can see everything you intend on, as there are long lines, time schedules etc. spend x amount of time at each park doing x amount of activities etc. Go to the book store or library and get a book called Birnbaums guide to Disney World.

Rent a house or couple of houses. Stay away from the hotels. It'll be alot CHEAPER to rent the houses. We rented a 4bdrm house for 2 weeks, $1100 bucks !

And depending on the age of your kids, Magic Kingdom is lame.

<<<<25 yrs old and likes the magic kingdom. Heck I like all of disney to be honest. They add stuff every year. I'm due to visit soon myself. There music and sports resorts are pretty low budget but nice and clean if i remember correctly.

I agree with renting a house. We did that once and it was great. Another great way to go is to stay on Disney property. If everyone is flying down it is nice because if you are on disney property they give you free transportation to the resort and back to the airport. You can get your boarding passes and check your luggage at you resort and then go straight to your plane when you leave. Disney provides free transportation to all the parks, resorts, and downtown disney. A lot of companies talk about having great customer service. Disney shows everyone how it is really done.

Get buck ass nekkid and put on a set of Mickey Mouse ears....smoke crack and run around the room with a baloon tied to your pecker for all the lil kids. It will be a HallMark moment and save you a shitload of agony, pain and air fare. Am I helping Millhouse?

Stay in a house, and split into groups for the theme parks, you sohuld make it so there is five groups of five, and each group has one of the little kids, that way it spreads out the terror.

Stay in the park. The closer the better. Port Orleans Waterfront is great, Contemporary is better. Depends on how much your willing to spend. Pay for the meal plan. It's well worth the $.

Be prepared to get rapped by Mickey.

^ I agree with the meal plan and staying at Disney. If you stay elsewhere you have to look forward to driving to the park every day with traffic and long lines/parking. Its a real bitch IMO. I am 35 years old and I love Disney, maybe I am weird I dunno.
