    pickled beef tongue...

    well... one of the truck drivers brought some in that he made at home... i gave it a try... wasn't bad... a little vinegary... i wouldn't sit back and eay a plate full of them though... co-worker had a piece of it in his mouth for two seconds before he started to vomit... oh well... bakc i go to finish eating my bbq spare ribs...

    I don't know about pickled, but I hear beef tongue pretty much just tastes like steak. However, it's not something I'm in a hurry to try. Pretty sure I'll die without having sampled it
