    performance enhancers

    anyone know a good alternative to roids??? im love to work out, but im not seeing the results i want.... and thanks to operation golden flow, good ol fashion roids are out of the question

    most performance enhancers will jack up your system/body in time.


    -stick with Protiens, nuts, meat, whey protien powder

    -mix up your work out routine. The same routine in repitition, your body will get used too and not grow more.

    -combined excercises together, such as curls and squats at the same time. etc.. this builds a stronger core and confuses your body into building more.

    those three points should get you to where you want to be, unless your already to the size your DNA blueprint allows.

    i used no2 for awhile, for some reason i never gain to much weight i just get really slim and solid. But i like using nanox9. The other reason is that i also swim and do cardio, that is probably why i don't get big

    i lost weight... but i got chizzled like frigging crazy... but i only worked my upper body... during the day (mover/truck driver back then) my legs got all the work out they needed... i also heard that working you legs produces the most testosterone...

    try using Creatine...I started using it a few months ago when I started training for the police academy and I've seen some impressive results.

    ive used it in the past... i put on good weight, but lost almost all of it after i quit taking creatine..... ive heard that its mostly water weight

    all they would see is crazy high test levels...


    also if you take some kind of test enhancer read up on it before you even order... and don't forget about post cycle therapy and estrogen blockers

    will do.... i need to find out for sure if they test or not... i would really like to try roids... i have non military friends who swear by roids and have offered to help me out

    you are correct on the legs. Yes that is what happened to me i got really chiseled, i went from weighing 150 to 163 in about two months but i looked leaner and my waist lost some mass. There is a video of me with my shirt off, it shows what no2 did for me and i am a really skinny guy.
