Pennzoil Ultra??
Just saw a commercial and was hoping someone else heard anything about it. I run PP in both my cars and was going to switch my Maro over to Amsoil. Get going Sarge and test this shit out

Light Pewter Metallic- y2k 8-cylinder catfish
Just mix some Royal Purple in with your bargain basement Wally World oil like Sarge does and you'll be fine.

If it's more than platinum, I would just go for platinum or rotella 10w-30 semi syn. Rotella is good stuff, around 12$ a gallon and has crazy amounts of cleaning additives

Subject: RE: Pennzoil Synthetic
Its a new extremely high performance synthetic just coming out. More cleaning power than ever...the claim is cleans 35% more engine sludge than our best oil (Platinum) and is based on ASTM Sequence V-G testing. If you want to keep your engine as close to factory clean as possible, this would be the product to use. Also makes the claim No leading synthetic offers better wear protection and now is the only motor oil recommended by Ferrari USA. It's not being promoted for extended drain.

Thanks Sarge, waiting for a UOA from someone at some point
And to everyone that wants to make a joke out of this thread, please stay out if you have nothing to contribute or mods can lock this and I'll PM Sarge
Its not always about power gains and more about protecting our investment

Any SM rated oil is fine for 3-5K OCI's in a stock LSX motor under normal conditions.
