I'm not sure if it was he or the driver who hit him who was stupid. It looked like those cars he was standing next to were stopped after being in an accident.

I just looked at it again. I see the other guy get sandwiched and it leads me to think two things. The guy standing in the road was in one of those two cars that were already stopped. The car in front and the minivan with the back opened that had the other guy sitting there it seemed like. I think either those two vehicles were in an accident and waiting for the police and other drivers came along, not paying attention and one rear ended the stopped minivan (hitting the guy in the back) and the other car hit the guy standing next to them on the road.

Either this is a case of two drivers not paying attention to two other vehicles already stopped on the road or the entire video was staged for publicity. You never know with those crazy Russians.
