Sad. I'm watching Fast and Furious right now. It's weird watching it now after hearing of this tragic news earlier. RIP.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

I am not trying to defend this other guy, but I was pretty happy when I heard that Michael Jackson was dead. Bin laden, too.

I mean I'm a pretty sarcastic person. All of you know that about me from being on this car forum. A majority of the time it is in a playful manner. Some of the things I say are borderline even. But to be happy about someone dying? If you don't like his movies, that's fine. You don't have to. I don't like a lot of actors, artists, musicians, etc. I would never rejoice in the death of a good human being though. Not really sure how one compares Bin Laden to Paul Walker? I'm going to take the stance that if you have nothing nice to say in this thread, you probably shouldn't comment.

Paul Walker was more than just an actor. He was the father to a teenage girl. He was also an avid car racer and a car enthusiast. One reason why he did the Fast movies. His love of cars. Respect that about him.

Not comparing Mr walker to Osama. I'm just saying that for someone to rejoice at anothers death is their choice and they may have a good reason for it. In Michael jacksons case,he lost his ability to diddle little kids. And i don't have to worry what death row would be like if I ever met him in a dark alley. Now, if you want to stand up for child molesters, lets hear why I should not rejoice at his death. That is why I bristle when I hear you say that it's flat out wrong to do so. Mr walker seems like a very good person. Tragedy strikes all. Very sad.

As I stated, rejoicing in the death of a GOOD human being. Maybe you didn't see that part of my post.

The story I read said he was in the passengers seat, and from the looks of that picture, I really doubt he felt much. That's the hope, anyways.

I think he was making a joke because of how bad some of the F & F movies are. I'm sure they'll still make F & F movies without Walker though. I was actually looking forward to the next one because I thought this last one with The Rock was good.
Looking at that pic they were hauling some serious ass in a 45mph zone. While it's sad that they died at least they didn't take a family in a minivan with them.Last edited by SeVeReDiStOrTiOn; 12-01-2013 at 12:55 PM.

Makes me think about all the things I've done in my car over the last decade. Probably any of us here have done. Could easily have happened to any one of us over the years as I'm sure we all have had our cars at very high speeds, on public roads or even at the track.
Be safe, everyone.
