Painted the garage wall Stars and Stripes

I am on vacation this week and I've always wanted to fancy up the garage just haven't had the time. So I got the idea in my head for a flag wall and knocked it out in 2 days. It is 9 ft tall and 19 ft long, blatantly visible from the street for all those who walk/drive by. The first day of painting I had 4 people stop and ask to come in and see it. Also had 2 firefighter drive by yesterday who SLAMMED on the brakes when they saw me painting it, when I looked out they gave a big thumbs up and head nod before driving off. Shit like that makes me feel good about putting the effort into this. I did 13 stars because it was #1 easier than 50 and also #2 our house was built in the early 1800's so I wanted to stay with an older theme fitting to the house.

Oh yeah BTW the white thing running through the flag isn't painjt, it is a wire running to a speaker in the garage rafters/ I have to cut a longer piece and rerun it along the floor

As much AS I can use the extra $$ and all, protecting Lawdog is a 24/7/365 job. He has many haters out there. He needs me at all times, I am currently typing from a dash board computer inside his '03 Cobra cop car. I am his driver, he is inside a dealership checking out options on a new '09 Maro cop car that Chevy is building just for his dept. Will post pics when available

Now I have to go out and take pics of the other side of the garage. I also mounted up shelves and put up my beer bottle collection on the opposite wall, it has 279 bottles in all. Give me some time and I'll post them up too

Thanks, 3 neighbors stopped by today to admire it. More and more I am feeling prouder about what I did. Didn't realize how many people would stop to admire it
