I've seen it before, but I'd have to think it's staged. From what I understand, most people with tourette's curse uncontrolablly and at unplanned moments. This guys just seems like he likes to curse, because it goes along with his speech just fine.
Also, why the heck is he wearing a neck brace?

yeah im sure its staged but if you pretend its real its pretty damn funny. not sure about the neck brace either

Its completely staged..If they would find a more convincing son(voice on audio)it would be believable.He sounds like an actor in a bad porn film!
