Ok guys, Legal question

I don't know if any of you remember my thread about the kid jumping on the back of my car ect. But for those of you that do... heres a update. Ab out a week ago I was rolling through a naighbor hood and he saw me, he was on foot and gives...chase lol. so while that was entertaining. I'm starting to get annoyed. Now today I just got back from the beach and was in town picking up my women and he is in the back of a truck in front of me. He tills the driver to pull over so I pass by. then he tail gates for maybe 500 yards, So I waiting until the last second and snatched my car right to hit my turn off. He tried to make it and ran all over the median and almost lost the people in the back. So basicly I'm about ready to take out my M4 or Sig 9mm and have a little chat. But I am very concerned about the legal issues with me basicly doing anything about it. Btw today I just found out the kids name. hes 19 year old highschool drop out with a knocked up g/f that lives in a run down shit hole. He has nothing to lose and is getting on my last nerve. So should I go to the local P.D? and if I did go to the cops what could I do? or what could they do? I just want the mother fucker to go find somthing to do. I'm done playing games

Depends on how you like jail.....firearms = felony laws.

Well first off, Its not legal for me to own that M4 at the moment. But my pistols are registered and all that. But see... He hasn't done anything to warrent that type of action. I'm powerless to do anything about it. I just want to know any and all legal options.

I am VERY well aware of gun laws. And I have was not thinking of pulling a gun on him. I want to.... god I would love it. But nothing warrents "self defence". A restraining order... as gay as it sounds, looks like the safest way out of this problem

i think as long as you don't point it at him, there's not much he can do.. legally.. as long as it's registered, and you're allowed to carry it in public, i think just showing it to him will be ok... maybe show him the bottom of the buttstock??

I think as long as your Pistols are registered and you can take one with you legally..take one with you and accidently on purposley get him to follow you for a long time then lead him down a road where noone is at (so he thinks he is getting to you)...and get out of your car and pull the gun on him and let him know you have it and tell him that you would like for him to stop messing with you. I gurantee that will scare the shit out of him..and if he tries to bring that to police you can tell them that you were feeling threatend and that you felt your life could have been endangered.

at first that sounded like a dumb idea... but if he is following you and u do pull over just to "see whats up", hope that he starts harassing u, then take out the gun

IDK about where you live but even if you have a CC permit and you show a gun in anger not justified you will get charged with brandshing here in AZ and we've got real leneint laws concerning firearms.

Get the restraining order and then worry about the next step. Gees, waving or threatening is just dumb and will piss this idiot of some more, and maybe he will go get a gun, then your gonna have a fuckin shoot out.

That gun should only be drawn if absolutely necessary!

im confused, this kid "jumps" on your car? let him hang on to the back and take him for a hollywood style thrill ride up to about 80. that'll learn him.
