    Official 2011 NFL Thread

    A tentative timeline would allow NFL clubs to start signing 2011 draft picks and rookie free agents on Tuesday. Conversations with veteran free agents also could start Tuesday, and their signings could begin Friday.
    Under the proposed schedule, training camps would open for 10 of the 32 teams on Wednesday, 10 more on Thursday, another 10 on Friday, and the last two teams on Sunday.


    So I take it the official smack talking will begin again?

    I did go to my first NFL game this past January when the Bears played the Packers up in Green Bay. That was a blast even though it was a 3-0 loss. We plan on going again this year in September when they play at Soldier Field. Should be a great time. I've never been inside the stadium and have lived in the area my whole life. Looking forward to it.

    I won't make that prediction this yr until I see the line up. We've had to many player/coaching changes. They are almost a new team. How Romo plays is going to be a wild card for me. If he doesn't do anything this yr, Cowboys need to cut and find a new one after this season.

    I will be willing to bet that the texans get good free agents for their D come friday. Its the D holding them back. If it werent for that crazy play with dude battijgthe ball into the arms of the jaguars reciever, then they woulda been in the playoffs last year. Matt shaub is a decent qb and andre johnson is the best reciever inthe league. If arian foster has another good year, watch out league. H-town boys are comin for ya.

    Agree with the cowboys thing. Romo must produce this year with no injuries (very capable plus shit loads of weapons) or hes gotta go.

    Eagles would be stupid to bring the old man back. Vick will be a lot of peoples #1 pick for fantasy this year. Guarantee. Favre would be dumb to come back. Defenses want to kill that old man. Literally.

    Would be nice to see the saints back in the superbowl but they have a lot of changes to make. What do they do with reggie bush? Me, i say get rid of him. Sure he has produced in the past but hasnt produced 11.8 million dollars worth for one season. Their secondary is hurtin. As we could all see last year.
