    Offer accepted!

So I made an offer on a house about a week ago. It's a short sale so I had to be paitient and wait for the bank to approve or decline my offer. I finally found out yesterday that my offer was accepted on Mon! Damn bank!

Right now it's under attorney review. On Tues I should be on my way to the appraisal

This is the house that HOPEFULLY all goes well with and I should be in before the end of the summer.

Well since the house is very well insulated and it's got 3 zones it shouldn't be to bad to keep it under control

    Doesn't feel haunted
Definitly NOT creepy inside. In the search I went in this one house I felt like I was in a Scooby Doo cartoon where the eyes in the pictures were following me

This one does have a grumpy ass old bitty neighbor

I absolutely love it! I wish there were more older homes out here in good condition.

Thanks! It was tough to find here for the right price. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Victorians. They have so much charm and character. I got lucky someone moved to Cali and the bank is letting it go for $115k less then is owed

So do I! love Victorians! Always have and always will! It's so sad, but most out my way are now gettos...

I am huge on antiques and just need that perfect house to put them in As soon as it's possible, I'm out of CA and going to find me that perfect Victorian with a nice big piece of property. It's just not gonna happen out here in CA

I'm happy for you. The house is adorable!

Around 1900-1910 according to the previous owner.
Inside is in very nice shape, structure is great the outside needs some work to bring it back. The front porch floor is in need of about 10 planks replaced. I don't personally like the siding but it's in good shape and the windows are ALL original with about 500 layers of paint

Antiques... it's a sickness. If you're anything like me, you'll be doing it for the rest of your life

Well, if you saw the lot sizes out here, what you have there is huge in comparison. Unless of course you're a freaking millionaire, most homes out here are within spitting distance from your neighbor
