not my year

probably one of the worst years i've had i must say...nobody died or anything like that...i'm talkin about buzz kills here.

1.) put new camaro into a tree on an icy/snowy road
2.) new camaro gets hailed on big time
3.) old monte carlo gets minor hail damage
4.) motorcycle takes a shit in may...still in the shop in september...parts not in yet
5.) camaro not available to get into the body shop until late october...made appointment in mid to late july
6.) found out i need knee surgery for a torn miniscus...scheduled for january 3rd
7.) found out that i have TMJ and need to see a specialist
8.) been involved in court with a former tenant that owes me over $2,000 in rent and utilities
9.) ordered parts from a guy in Maine that took my money and fell off the face of the planet...out about $90 on that deal

and there's still a couple of months to go...

more like 2 years ago i guess for me

rolled a snowmobile, missed 6 weeks of work
1 week after returning to work a lady rear ends us my then fiance got hurt, she missed work on and off for over a year. Needless to say it cost us a lot of money and spent most of our savings. In the midst of it all we got married-weddings arent cheap either

Finally settled about 3 months ago on the car accident and taking a real honeymoon in 3 weeks now that we can afford it again.

wow...retards really put a drastic stop to everything fun don't they. glad to hear that you get to go and do your honeymoon. where are ya planning on going?

my dad was involved in a t-bone accident. it took several years to settle and he didn't get the full payment from the woman for several years after the accident was settled.

we were going to go to DC but decided to try vegas, neither of us have been there before. we'll be there for a week in october

Ins ppl are fucking pricks. they want to drag out the settlement as long as they can so the victim is more willing to settle for less.

mine was in 97'
1) Got involuntarily seperated from the army makeing about 55k a year (got honorable discharge)
2) could only get a $12 an hour job after I got out
3) went to school 40 hours a week
4) worked 45 hours a week
5) wife wanted a divorce because we "were not living like we did"
6) now I had a ex-wife
7) ended up fileing bankruptcy because I couldn't sell my trailer after I got out of the Army and got repoed and Because of my Divorce
8) had to sell my cherry 67 SS chevelle 427 4 speed car to make ends meat
9) traded my brand new 96 dodge ram 1500 Extended Cab on a Pontiac sunfire because I couldn't make the payment any more
10) ended up loseing the sunfire in the Backruptcy
11) had to move back in with my parents for 6 months to get enough money to get my own place
Ya that year pretty muched sucked
Kinda glad it happened now Makes me appreciate everything I have now. I have a much better wife, new house, 5 cars, hot tub, boat, and a great job.

Damn guys I thought I had a bad year.
Blew the head gaskets in the camaro back in February leaving me with my 300ZX to drive till now, can't find any other car and been looking forever. I need a damn LT1/LS1 for the past 8 months or so. Yea you guys got me beat buy a long shot
