    Thumbs up Noob/Sponsor (Rideroom.com) Intro

    Hey guys,

I just signed on as an advertiser/sponsor yesterday and wanted to take a second to say hello. You may (or may not have ) have noticed the Rideroom banner at the top of the page. I came across this forum while browsing around car sites/forums and liked what I saw so I decided to throw my banner on here and see how it goes.

A bit about the site I'm pimping.. it's a site where you can upload photos of your cars/bikes, share info about them, check out other rides, etc. (think cardomain with some structure). There's also automotive news, forums, and I'm slowly tweaking things and adding new features as time allows. In fact, I just integrated YouTube/Google Video into Rideroom yesterday so now you can post vids of your rides.

The site is still pretty new and I'm trying to get the word out about it, make people aware of its existence, etc. so if you have a few minutes please stop by and check it out. If you like it then feel free to sign up and post your rides, say hi in the forums, tell your friends or if you think it sucks you can bash it on here

Feedback/suggestions/opinions are more than welcome as well.

That about covers it. Thanks guys.

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

it's like myspace...for cars. pretty nice. I think the gray background and soft tones need "activated" a bit more. Maybe a little more color in the navigation bar across the top? I get the "americana" feeling but i think you can push the overall graphics to be more up to par with the stylization in your logo.

didn't know if you knew; but the "advanced" browse section doesn't let me select a vehicle "make"

Graphics are not my strongest point but I'll add it to me "to do" list and mess around with it when I have some time.

As for the "Advanced" section, you have to choose a type of vehicle (car/motorcyle) before the Makes drop-down populates.

Thanks for the input and for taking a look at the site.
