Tim and I are doing a pick'em league that's against the spread this year and I didn't know it... So my week one picks were really bad
Have to think about week two for a bit.

Damn Denver put a thumping on my Cowboys.
Only got to see a qtr of the game but what I saw was ugly.

Looked like the Cowboys were winging it out there. Saw a lot of good things out of that embarrassing loss, though.

Haha, really. Certain players on Defense are looking like good pieces to build around. And for Dak having virtually no running game and being forced to pass on the Bronco's defense who knew he was going to pass... for a second year guy, I thought he played well. That Bronco defense was killer, and the next few teams also have good defenses, so it's going to be great to see if they learned anything.

As you might have guessed.....I'm passing on the NFL this year. No reason for me to watch these days. Silver lining is I'll be able to sit in my tree stand on Sundays without wondering how the saints are doing. Shitty is going to be the answer for awhile.

So it looks like the Saints bandwagon from the last 5-8 years finally crashed and burned.

I wish.....5-8 years I'd just switch teams. 30 years is a little tougher. Honestly they've fucked the game of football up so much that I have a hard time watching the games. I can see a point in my future where I quit watching altogether. I used to watch any game that was on but between penalties and commercials I can find better shit to do for 3 hours.
