Technically speaking, even the NFC east game doesn't matter, as whoever wins will simply get blown out in the wild card round (Ok, i'll concede that Washington COULD have a chance depending on who they play, but Dallas...HAHAHAHA).

I'm almost 100% sure the Redskins have not trailed by more than 2 scores at any point this year. The team also has had a lead at some point in all but one game and has had only 2 or 3 decisive wins. Dallas-Washington likely will be close, and it's hard for me to imagine Dallas winning easily. And I heard there's an ESPN survey showing that 49 of 50 states want Washington to prevail - so much for America's Team the Cowboys, lol. If the Redskins win, then the first playoff game should be competitive, at least for a while. I think with Vick back and fighting to restore his reputation, the Eagles will give the Giants trouble, though that game should be irrelevant re playoffs.

I don't understand why everyone is bagging on Dallas they're a good team with a lot of talent. Sure they have issues and have been lucky in a few games but which team hasn't? I think the problem is more about the Dallas fans...they expect way too much before the season even starts. Hell, I can't tell you how many fans I heard last year talking about the super bowl while it was still pre-season

Couple tough games to pick this week. I'm not sure about the Green Bay game but i'm leaning towards Minnesota...I think i'm going to pick Philly too I know they suck but they played some smash mouth kamikaze ball last week against the skins. They went for it on every 4th down even on their own 35 and McCoy is back...Philly loves to take teams down the shitter with them. Chicago at Detroit and Baltimore at Cinn have me flip flopping too.

Vick is also starting this week so look for a little more offensive production and it's a divisional game

It's not going to screw with any of us. We're not really talking about this weekend's game. We're talking about next weekend's game. Washington SHOULD beat Dallas tomorrow, but it's really a waste of space game since niether team is going anywhere in the playoffs. It would be nice for the Redskins to make the playoffs, and MAYBE eek out a win next week. But that's the best they're going to do. As for Dallas, even if they manage to squeak past Washington this week in their typical fashion, they're going to get buried next week. That's what we're looking at. We're not going to be mad if Dallas wins, since the end result won't change...but we are going to be disappointed that we'll have to wait another year to see if RG3 is the real deal. His performance in the wild card round would tell us alot about the kind of player he's going to be.

The Giants would have the best shot at making some noise in the playoffs but short of a miracle they're pretty much out of it. I'm just happy the skins are competing again after all of these years.

The one thing that pisses me off about their current and future success is all of the bandwagon fans coming out of the woodwork. I use to be able to spot a skins fan (rare in CA) and know right away they're a die hard fan...i'd usually BS with them about the skins for awhile. Just last week I saw three people wearing skins/RG3 stuff and that never happens...I don't think I saw three all of last year

Don't get me wrong bandwagoners are great for making more noise at games (if they ever go to one). It just bothers me that they're going to ride the bus and then jump off when times get rough again...they're basically using my team. Not only that but when i'm wearing my skins stuff I feel like people think i'm one of them...bugs me. /rant
