I can help you with the 2 you're undecided on......Houston and the Saints both get the shit kicked out of them.

All I need is for the Redskins to win and the Giants to lose. Dallas losing too would be the icing on the cake.

don't get me started on the red/black bets I won $1100 a dozen years ago doing that. I was drunk at a buddies bachelor party, had no idea how to play roulette, and was having a good night. I was placing $100 bets on black or red and walked away with $1100. I then managed to piss it all away before I left the casino. I still have a money clip someone bought me after it was over with inscribed with "let it ride" because my last hand of the night I lost $700 on one hand of blackjack letting it ride. I drew a 19 and the dealer beat me in 4 cards with a 20 Good time though and lots of memories made that night....some I remember, some I kinda remember, and some I'm glad I don't remember at all.

Anyone changing their Dallas/Cinn pick based on the recent death of Brown and manslaughter charge on Brent? I picked Cinn anyway but it could have a huge impact on the team...i'm just not sure which direction it'll motivate them.

Looks like dallas is next to get their offense back on track haha. Saints won't win another game this year. I hope they don't so we get a good 1st round pick. Drew and the WR's have shit the bed the last 3 games. 10-11 INT's the last 3 games.

How the heck did Cincy blow that? I credit Dallas for fighting game after game, but geez, that's not a good team and it is ridiculous that the Cowboys have as many wins as the Redskins (who finally benched Banks, maybe the last move in some good in-season retooling). Also, cheers to Philly for basically crippling Tampa Bay's playoff chances. What happens if there's a tie in the NFC East and season head-to-head splits among those teams? Okay, I looked it up.
NFL Tie-Breaking Procedures
I have to say that, on talent, the Redskins deserve to at least be the Wild Card, but here in the real world playoff spots are earned by victories. Edit: I think, due to higher scoring and other reasons, the NFL is more exciting this year than any I can remember.Last edited by clovenhooves; 12-09-2012 at 09:51 PM.

The Cowboys often find themselves in positions they don't deserve to be in. They win far too many games on pure dumb luck (see their last game against Philly for a perfect shining example), and then fans wonder why they can't get a playoff win...they're not that good, it's that simple. The Redskins are playing their hearts out and beating GOOD teams in convincing fashion, yet Dallas has coasted to the exact same record, beating some of the worst teams in the league by a couple of points in the last 30 seconds of the game. Of course my rabid Cowboys fan wife will remind everyone "a win is a win"...until she's pissed off because she can't understand how they just missed the playoffs or got embarrassed in the wild card round.
Can you tell i'm a little tired of the same thing year after year?

^ Well said.
I try my best not to jump on the bandwagon with the rest of the Redskins fans when we start winning by saying "Superbowl Bound!!!". It's stupid and childish. I like to live in reality. We have a long hard road ahead of us, but I think we have what it takes. I'll be cheering for them all the way, the same way I have been cheering for them since the 90s.
