NFL Rookie of the Year
Just curious to see who your votes for offensive rookie of the year will be?
Brady Quinn?
Joe Thomas?
Ted Ginn Jr?
Dwayne Jarrett?
Dwayne Bowe?
Craig Davis?
Brandon Jackson?
Adrian Peterson?
Marshawn Lynch?
If I didnt mention your vote throw'em up and splain.Never forget, that God hasn't finished with me yet

Haha, see I would say him too, but I doubt he will play much this year. Josh McCown is gonna start and I bet he is gonna play his ass off this year so he can get picked up to start somewhere else next year.
Unless McCown ROYALLY fucks up, Russell will see very little PT.

If Peterson takes over the starting roll, then I could def see him doing some damage.

True.
however, their o-line could be decent.
it really does boil down to that though.

Holy spam tracker Batman!
You sure are posting allot for a noob?
Hopefully Calvin Johnson is the rookie of the year and does not turn into another Charlie Rogers....

Calvin Johnson is fucking amazing. I dont think he will emerge as a bust. I think he is the real deal. Just depends on how he fits into Martz's system...and who is throwing the ball. Kitna is a good QB, but the Lions still have some issues on the o-line...and their running game HAS to be a factor.
Kevin Jones...where are you???

Minnesota ranked 16th in the NFL in rushing last year and was 6-10. IMO, its easier for a RB to make an immediate impact versus a QB where their is a huge learning curve. Minnesota also ranked 8th in total defense last year. With a strong running attack and a solid defense I could see the Vikings making the playoffs next year in the weak NFC. I can see Peterson having a big impact this year.
