Ya know, in my line of work, I see a lot of shit....

Barring some medical conditions, shit has always been, and will always be brown, regardless of what you eat. Sometimes you can add a bit of green if you overkill on the spinach of course, but no matter how healthy you eat, you won't start shitting vanilla ice cream. Eating properly seemed to be a large part of this guys reasoning for avoiding anal stainage, but I'm not buying it.

And unless you're a porn star, is this really an area to be all that concerned about?
