thats not even a brand new zr1, yeah its a 2009 but its used with 16 miles on it.

should be sold as a low abused milage zr1...

if i bought a 0 miles car, put 16 miles on it, a dealer would treat it as used.

My jetta had 12 miles on it when I picked it up. It was brand new. They dont necessarily go by the mileage.

Unless you buy it new at the factory (even then it'll acquire 1-2 miles being moved around), new cars accumulate mileage by being driven to and then on and off the transporter (train or truck).

They have to advertise it as used. If they tried to sell it as a new car Chevy would have their ass. Chevy doesn't allow markups, so dealers get around it buy putting the title in another persons name then selling it as used.

if its never been titled, then its a new car. 16mi is from transporting and test drives. 16mi is nothing.

in my book, used means its been owned before, most new cars on the lot have at least 10 miles on them

whatever, I can't afford it anyways and I'll let the first owner take the hit and buy one about a year or so down the road when the price has stabilized or someone's getting rid of one for "USED" prices
