Get down to my target weight of 170 (I'm floating at 200 right now, I gained 10 back since being out of the gym but started at 240) & stay consistant with my training. Hopefully by September head to Dallas for NAGA & give it a shot.

-get my business up and running (huge priority)
-buy a new house
-rebuilding my t56
-new hood for car
-ATI D1 or F1 (decide when the times comes)
-more kickboxing, and working out

I'm lighting up the last one ever hopefully as we speak. Going to keep the empty pack by my bed and go with some lighter (7mg) patches instead of the 21mg which make my heart race. I don't need or have the urge to drink more, 2 days a week it plenty for me

Yea I wish I only drank twice a week haha, and I have almost quit cold turkey several times but then something always happens to piss me off and I end up buying a pack. So I think I am going to save one for right before the ball drops and that will be it for good.

It usually is when I drink is when I fold cold turkey so if the patches don't work, then I'm going to cut out drinking for a bit to get me started.

1. Actually use my gym membership more than once a week.
2. Get Nymph into the 10s. The power is there, I just need to go to the track and do it.
3. Not get a speeding ticket...last year I went 11 months and 4 days, then I got two within a week, fml.
