Quads: 24.5 in

Height: 6 ft 3 in

Weight: 225 lbs

After only 4 months! I just started Bodybuilding in October 2008.

Impressive. I've been lifting a little over a year and your measurements are probably a little bigger than mine. I'm a bit more into functional strength than bodybuilding though. Look up "Turkish Get up" and next time your in the gym find out how much you can lift like that. I'm comfortably at 110 lbs.
