That's kinda of like the "i'm going to burn/cut my fingerprints off so no one can identify me" thing. The problem is...just like with your plate...the lack of prints is in itself unique which makes it a identifying marker. So if someone said they saw a plate with alot of 8's and B's i'm sure you'd get pulled over.

good night tme trick, and for getting away with toll violations...spray the plate with a clear reflective enamel. same thing you put on mailbox poles. at night, maybe even daytime, but cant confirm. at night, when hit by light, emitts a relecting light back. apply a toggle switch for tail lights...and you may possibly be able to outrun cops with radios.
