I'm 6'2" 200 pounds with just over 5% body fat.....I work out 5 days a week for about 2-3 hours each time. The supplements and stuff I'm taking are:

    Multivitamins

ok, thats better... a 2-3 hour work out is not good for you... and also doesnt help

45 minutes to 1 hour workouts are ideal..

cardio not included in that time of course.

I'm not saying it's good all the time but if you are like me 45 - 60min workout is not enough. Most of you workout to gain muscle and strength so that is good. I'm sitting most of the day at work so the only time I get to workout is when I go to the gym. I'm preparing for one of the most difficult jobs in the military, so destroying my body and pushing through pain and exhaustion is the only way to have some kind of chance. When I try out for it

different situations for different things, in that case.. maybe..

but as far as working out to better yourself.. after an hour of intense workout, your hurting more than helping
